State Route One "2nd Keihin State Road" had been opened. Such landmarks of Kugahara as Yukigaya High School, Shosen Elementary School, Omori 7th Junior High School and the "Police Office under Willow" had already emerged.
The "Kugahara Ginza" shopping mall had been filled with shops and had been completed as a shopping boulevard.
This map has been copied from 1:25,000 scale topographic maps, 1:20,000 scale official maps and 1:10,000 scale topographic maps issued by Geographical Survey Institute (GSI), Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Japan under an approval of the Director General of GSI.
