Other Information

(1) The registration starts from 14:00 on Aug.3. (For those who will come on different days, please visit the SI office for the registration.) We will break up around 12:00 on Aug.13.

(2) Almost everyday, we will have three talks; one of them is a review talk
(2hr) and the other two are seminar talks. (Usually, one of the seminars will be about string theory and the other will be about cosmology). We reserved a few discussion rooms and so we hope that this will be a nice occasion for people from different communities interact with each other.

(3) The BBQ party will be held in the evening on Aug.8.
We will have no talks on Sunday Aug.10.

(4) The breakfast, lunch and dinner are available every day, but sometimes you may want to skip. So please fill in the `check sheet' of meals at the SI office, which will be situated in a room of the conference place and will be run by some graduate students.

(5)
[For Domestic Participants:]
Please pay for both your meals and accommodation at once together, when you register on your first day. This is so even if you will get the full support from the summer institutes side (if so we will reimburse later to your bank
account.).

[For Participants from abroad:]
We will reimburse for your plane ticket and all other travel costs when you come to the conference place (in FujiYoshida) for the registration on Aug.3 or later.
