Zecharia Sitchin

The 12th Planet

This is the first book of a series of 6 books called The Earth Chronicles. It wasn't the first book I read though. I've seen what critics have said concerning the author's reasoning. I'm not in a position to advocate nor to refute his explanation, but nevertheless find it entertaining.

Given the information, regardless of their validity, I imagine most would have little choice but to agree to some degree the plausibility of the theory he poses.

This is how it goes. The ancient books, including the Old Testament, despite being considered as allegorical descriptions of events long lost in time, are in fact testimonies to real events that indicate that aliens had landed and settled on earth long before man was created by use of their superior technology in the likeness of themselves.

This is only the first book that centers on the planet these aliens came from, supposedly the 12th of our solar system. 422 pages. I've noticed in bookstores that some of these books have been made in hardcover and/or by different companies that use different covers.

Divine Encounters

This was the first book I actually read. The cover was compelling enough to make me buy and read it. The book is not part of The Earth Chronicles. It may have been written to fill in gaps in the Chronicles that relate to how and when man and these aliens made contact. Also entertaining. 380 pages.
